EEN 2: Food Safety and its Regulation

The increased complexity of the food chain is one of the main causes of food safety issues as well as the complexity of its regulation. This paper will reflect this complexity, by addressing the topics in a loosely connected way. The main objective is to gain insight in options that can help in achieving a better optimum in food supply and safety. This paper is an account of their presentations and the discussion that followed.
